Description:
A simple ability inherently usable by summonings of the Leech contract. The leeches are known to absorb chakra from opponents and techniques, taking it away and giving it to the contract signer to replenish their chakra reserves. This ability only works in two separate ways; One being an ability able to be used any time, and one that is limited to a degree.

Direct Chakra absorption: This is the ability to drain chakra by simply touching a target with any part of the leeches body, Or a limb that has the leech summoning tattoo on it. I.e. Done through a hand that has the tattoo on the palm or through the mouth if a tattoo is there. When the Leech/Tattoo touches a person, another summoning, a clone, or any familiar with its own chakra pool; The leeches skill will automatically drain away chakra at a faster or slower rate depending on the rank of said leech. Leeches D rank will absorb 15 chakra, C-B rank will absorb 50, and A-S rank will absorb 100; All on a per turn basis. This requires that the leeches' anterior suckers*be physical contact with what they are draining chakra from.

Technique Draining/Eating: This is the second variant of taking in chakra. The leeches take specific steps as ninja summonings in order to incorporate their chakra absorption into battling. This variant doesn't deal with directly absorbing chakra, but destroying and absorbing a technique all in one go. The leeches lace their anterior suckers with aggressive chakra. Along with that, they also lace their stomachs with the same aggressive chakra. This allows them to eat away at techniques of all kinds, whether it is energy or solid in nature. During this process they absorb the chakra out of the technique, taking in its original chakra cost while the anterior suckers destroy the "form". That being said, each leech is limited to absorbing moves of raw chakra, the same element they have an affinity for, and the basic element their affinity is strong against.

With either variant, the leeches can store chakra from draining it, and can only give it to their summoner through physical contact via their anterior suckers. If the leech is to disperse before the chakra is given away, the leeched chakra is simply taken away along with it. The limits to storing chakra would be double the amount of chakra the leech is able to absorb, meaning they can only absorb twice before being too full to absorb anything else.

Note: Useable six times per event (inclusive of both variants) and A to S-rank only twice.

Once the wind hits the opponent the leeches starts to suck on the opponent's chakra.
-Due to wind blast leeches in the wind will be vulnerable to a fire based attack

Description: The user makes one hand seal and creates a clone. The clone is made of normal size leeches. The clone can use B rank and below water and wind and leech jutsus. If hit by close the clone will disperse and the leeches will attach to the attacker and starts sucking on their chakra.

Description: With a series of three hand seals the user manipulates the chakra of his body and transforms a part or half of it into the ‘Storm Release’ element allowing the user to pass through attacks with ease. The phasing ability is limited to physical attacks only, wind style techniques gain +10 damage against this technique.The special effect of the element comes into play when either the opponent or an attack passes through the user when in this state. When an opponent or his attack touches the user while transformed the resulting opponent/attack has 30 of its chakra pool taken to replenish the user, this is achieved by Storm releases ability to absorb chakra of anything that touches it, the absorbed chakra is then used to replenish the users own chakra pools. When the cloak absorbs the chakra of an attack it weakens the opposing jutsu down to the same rank of its resulting chakra pool for instance.

After performing three hand seals the user expel a huge mass of black storm clouds that permeate the entire battlefield. The clouds drain the chakra of non storm or thunder related techniques up to the rank of the technique used, storing them within the clouds themselves which the user can then use to make storm or thunder related techniques. When a technique has its chakra drained it de-ranks that technique based on the chakra taken out if not out right dispersing it(this only happens if all of the chakra is drained) this technique can only hold up to A rank chakra but can be bottomed out with another technique using its chakra. This move costs 10 chakra per turn to maintain

A rank version can only be used 3 times While B rank version can be used 4 times

Description:
With three hand signs the user is able to create a 2 meter Lazer sword using his own chakra or chakra absorbed through storm jutsu. The blades movement can be mentally controlled by the user within a 10 meter range and remain on the field so long as the user sacrifices 10 chakra per turn to maintain.

- Equal or above rank/damage is sufficient enough to disperse the blades

As the sword completes the swing a Lazer beam in the form of the sword slash rockets forward towards it's target, maintaining a -10 chakra cost allowing the user to redirect the slashes towards the opponents new position should he choose to dodge.

Description: Making a single handseal the user will expel a dark mist towards an incoming attack, the mist itself is comprised of the dark clouds of storm release allowing the jutsu to absorb foreign chakra up to A rank, completely destroying the opposing technique if all the chakra is drained. Once foreign chakra is absorbed the mist will coalesce into a cloud while rising up into the air, raining down neon blue rain as it does so.

Note: Can only be used 3 times per battle, cloud lasts 3 turns while the whole technique has a one turn cooldown between each use

Description: With one hand seal the user commands an existing storm cloud to call down lasers from the sky, pouring down for multiple turns (3) In a devastating attack meant to completely overwhelm the opponent. Damage is split evenly for the turns this technique is active, raining down 20 damage each turn for three turns before stopping.

When a technique has its chakra drained it disperses (this only happens if all of the chakra is drained) this technique can only hold chakra up to the rank of the this technique but can be bottomed out with another technique using its chakra.

Description: By performing two hand seals the user molds his storm chakra into a cloud that completely wraps around the user, leaving everything hidden besides the users eyes. This cloak of cloud defends the user from foreign jutsu by absorbing chakra up to S rank and below, storing a maximum 40 chakra within his clouds for later use. As the user moves about so does the cloud, moving in step with the users own movements as if attached, the cloud itself can be a conduit for other storm related jutsus and empowers them using all of it's stolen chakra reserves to grant a +10 damage to one technique per turn. This technique can only be used 2 times per battle lasting 2 turns before ending. Has a 3 turn cool down between each use.

Note: Only A rank Storm jutsus and below can be used while this technique is active

Description: Performing an additional handseal with another storm technique allows the user to change the direction of his Lazer beams mid flight, making it extremely hard to dodge away from so long as the opponent can sensed by the user, this means that as so long as the opponents speed doesn't surpass how much the user can track his attack will always adjust it's trajectory towards the opponents position although this will use 1 move slot every turn to do so. This move can be used in the same time frame as other storm techniques.

Note: So long as the user can track the opponent he can redirect his attacks towards the opponents position making conventional dodging extremely hard
Note: unconventional dodging such as phasing out of reality or disappearing from the users senses is still viable. This technique fails if the user loses track of the opponents

Description: Performing a handseal the user Will collect storm nature chakra under the soles of his feet before using it to rocket forward as if being shot from a Lazer. As the user moves forward a neon blue light can be seen propelling his feet forward and slightly off the ground akin to a rocket launcher in design propelling the user through the air with its force, allowing flight for a short period of time and increasing the users speed by x2. While in this state the user may dodge away from an attack he can sense however this uses his 1 free dodge for the turn. Flight is achieved by his storm nature chakra lifting him off the ground and propelling him forward with a constant stream of storm nature being released from the soles of his feet.

Note: This technique stays active for 3 turns, with a 1 turn cool down in between, and can only be used 2 times per battle.

Description: Performing 1 handseal will allow the user to create (or infuse existing raindrops) a storm variant of a raindrop falling from the clouds that on contact, explode into many different lazer beams that pierce through anything in range, moving harmlessly around the user. At A rank the Lazer beams encompass a medium range radius around it's contact point while the S rank version is Long range.

Note: The A rank version can be used 3 times while the S rank version has a 2 time limit

: With a surge of storm chakra through the whole body the user expels dark black storm clouds in a 360 manner meant to absorb any chakra it touches based on the rank of the technique used. At it's minimum rank these clouds travel to medium range while max rank is long range. After expulsion these clouds rise into the air and form over head at the same range as their rank.

Note: The user may activate the A rank version of this technique 3 times per turn while S rank can only be used 2 times per turn

Description: A katana with ornate bronze guard and the picture of a dragon encircling the hilt, yamatos proccess of forging has seen the materials of the blade and thus the blade itself Highly reactive to Storm release ninjutsu by constantly imbuing the blade with Storm release chakra. The storm chakra circulating through the weapon allows the blade to absorb chakra up to the rank of the blade. This does not count as a usage of the blade. Chakra absorbed by the blade is stored within the sword and can be used to amplify attacks or ninjutsu that use the blade up to how much chakra is currently stored (For instance absorbing a C rank ninjutsu then using the chakra to boost a B rank technique would give the B rank technique an additional C ranks worth of damage), additionally the blade can spend all of its stored chakra to boost its speed when ejected out of a sheath increasing the speed of iai techniques by x2. The blade can only store a maximum of 30 Chakra, needing the stored chakra to be released before it can absorb more. Ninjutsu absorbed by the blade has its overall power weakened for instance...

Description: A sheath built in shape to hold a katana it's visual colors are blue and black spanning multiple flowing lightning streaks from its storm chakra infusion. The sheaths materials are infused with storm chakra upon it's creation allowing it to passively absorb -10 chakra of techniques or opponents it comes into contact with, This does not count as an activation of the sheath (Can only store up to A rank chakra at a time). Held chakra within the sheath can be used to create or boost other storm related jutsu by a maximum of +10 chakra, this boost can only be applied to a single storm technique and lasts for 1 turn.

Description: The Leg Weights used for Special Taijutsu Training with Added Weights are made through the application of a sealing formula to ordinary leg weights. The sealing formula is used to, through the use of chakra, increase the weight of the leg weights to the desired level. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinitely and can't be released. Additionally, the Leg Weights and their unique seal calibration makes them only usable by the ninja to whom they belong. They can't be sealed or stolen.

Description: A scientific tool attachment replacing the hilt of any blade, its length is raised by two inches compared to traditional sword hilts due to the technology inside needing more space. By first glance this item resembles a traditional hilt in design with three major holes on it's body however inside the hilt this tool is outfitted with technology that captures storm nature chakra before pushing outwards through the three holes on it's face and into the air, creating storm clouds within the atmosphere at will. The amount of chakra used determines the size of the clouds produced for instance for every 10 chakra(max 30) a cloud 10 meters in diameter is created directly above the user, raining harmless neon blue rain, This can be used at the same time as another storm technique. Clouds formed from storm retain the ability to absorb chakra up to the amount of chakra used for it's creation (max 30).

Description: Through the formation of two hand seals, the user will focus their chakra into their Storm technique. This allows the user to forcefully shape any existing or created Storm technique on the field into a familiar of their choosing. A dark cloak of black clouds form over the technique as it transforms within an instant. This familiar formed retains the shape and form of the initial storm technique (either in a shifting thunder cloud like shape or in a beam like form) but remains solid and tangible. This familiar is capable of impacting the opponent with the force of the parent technique and causing subsequent damage. The familiar also gains the capabilities of the animal it was transformed into, being able to fly when it has wings, for example. However, the damage remains the same as the initial technique that the familiar is based on. The familiar is capable of being smaller than the initial technique but not larger, and follows the same speed. The shape of the familiar is up to users' imagination. This technique can be performed with another to bring shape to a technique, or it can be initiated mid battle.

Description: An initiation technique, done with the formation of three hand seals. The user will manifest forth thick clouds of Storm energy. These thick clouds can be manipulated to form into shapes that the user wants to, for cosmetic purposes. These clouds remain stationary, shifting and crackling with Storm energy, a deep dark blue color. Throughout their existence, the user will be able to pull from them via hand gestures, Storm energy that can be used to perform rudimentary tasks like firing small bolts of Storm energy that are C rank in nature. This action is usable once every two turns, and don't cost a move. The user will however be able to perform certain Storm based techniques from these thick clouds of Storm. These are limited only to projectile based techniques which can effectively be shot from the thick clouds with a sudden surge, instead of from the user. This can be done with the initiation of a single hand seal.
