Unlike majority of the Sasuke fanbase, he's not an bloody idiot. Even if he wanted to go all prison break vigilante mode Naruto would just beat his ass again. And he'd probably be dead next time.

He's there in prison because of his own free will. He just didn't want to cause any trouble and was ready to accept whatever punishment they threw at him. Since he wasn't punished that gravely he decided to go on a journey to redeem his sins. Which the novels did a good job on showing what he did. We all know that he could've just brake out of there if he didn't feel like it...

Not really, the only one who could stop him is Naruto, and god knows what Sasuke would've done if he went that path again. Uchiha have always something in their sleeve. He could legitimately do the same thing as Pein did and Destroy the whole Village or other Villages with a single move... Naruto and Sasuke are leagues away from mere shinobi.

The threatening difference for Sasuke now is Naruto has all Tailed Beast at full power at his disposal. Whereas he doesn't.

naruto would win this fight way more easy, he has all 9 tailed beast free and their chakra, plus help from anyone to stop sasuke and this time sasuke dies, he would need to gather the 9 tailed beasts first but still lose since he didnt get more experience in that amount of time and its basically VOTE2 but naruto has backup this time
