Not really, the only one who could stop him is Naruto, and god knows what Sasuke would've done if he went that path again. Uchiha have always something in their sleeve. He could legitimately do the same thing as Pein did and Destroy the whole Village or other Villages with a single move... Naruto and Sasuke are leagues away from mere shinobi.
