The outcome of this match highly depends on the circumstances (distance, location, intel, prep), so no, there are actually scenarios where Hashirama is defeated by Obito and vice versa.
If he could see him coming, then he would have reacted faster, or should I say normally.

obito doesnt have to become tangible, he can use projectiles from his flank ans right has he becomes tangibke as hashi attacks he can warp or become intangible again

And? I still fail to see how this means anything. If obito can do that to the fastest shinobi then he can do the exact same thing to hashi. Having more speed is better in the situation minato was in but he still failed.

Well the point of a warp from behind is to incorporate the element of surprise after all. You still need the proper speed & reactions coupled with sensing in order to evade, at least without info anyways.
& If obito creates a large scale attack that's filled with chakra then hashi won't be focusing on obito's chakra vanishing for one, he will be focused on the mass of chakra + his own chakra supplies as obito warps. Secondly once the explosion goes off hashi would be none the wiser & might just think that obito died in the explosion, hence his chakra disappearing.
