Why people believe in Healthy Itachi but not Prime Hiruzen?

Some people say Prime Hiruzen doesn't exist but claim Healthy Itachi does. Do they not understand Old Hiruzen couldn't exist unless the younger Hiruzen existed first? Healthy Itachi had to exist before sick Itachi did. Now while I do agree they both existed and I'm cool with people throwing Healthy Itachi around, some are hypocrites when they say Prime Hiruzen never existed because its the same thing with sick and healthy Itachi. If they deny Prime Hiruzen they are denying Healthy Itachi as well.

This isn't just about them. Some act like Hanzo is trash and say Prime Hanzo doesn't exist, despite it being just like what was explained above and manga said Prime Hanzo actually solo'd the Sannin. Onoki is another example. He'd have bigger chakra in his prime to use large scale Jinton but I've seen before and some like to deny it but then claim Healthy Itachi would have more chakra to spam Amaterasu and think they aren't being biased.

Healthy Itachi was 13 years old unless he was sick then too, he joined "Madara" (Obito) at 13 yrs old and it was 7 years from that point to part 1 time line which we see Itachi again. So we people say healthy Itachi I think they're referring to 13 yrs old Itachi who is new with his MS, skills are not at the level to part 1 Itachi, and he doesn't have his Susanoo weapons.

Yeah, even Part One Itachi struggled to use the Amaterasu.

We've already seen most of Itachi's abilities, so it would be easier to imagine how he would be if he was healthy since he was brought back as an Edo, and saw him fight Nagato and Kabuto. So that gave us a borderline.

For Hiruzen we only saw him use some of his ability when he was old not young, it would be difficult to imagine how many times powerful Prime Hiruzen would since we haven't seen him in combat at young.
