Akainu went toe to toe with Newgate, and he didn't give a shit about him. Shanks is the only person he shown to fear a bit.
Luffy will be Pirate King >> Yonko, Zoro first mate of Luffy will be up there > yonko like Reighly

Nothing suggest Rayleigh was > WB(Yonko){Shiki said to WB that he is new PK}
Mihawk has to be Admiral lvl.
Zoro beats him & becomes either admiral lvl or Yonko lvl guy(Gap between Yonko tier & admiral tier is small).

It's funny you say it has nothing to do with mihawk, yet again, you're saying he's admiral level: akainu was an admiral.
Reileigh in old form was = or > than Borsalino/Kizaru, he even mentioned he has grown rusty and weaker. imagine a prime him

But he lost his hand against Aokiji.

again Doffy stopped jozu with his parasyte
You must be registered for see images
Borsalino is 58. He is loosing his touch. He hardly use his haki. He passed Fleet admiral position.
Film z Zephyr said "stop relying on your DF"(something like that).
so if u wants to imagine Prime Rayleigh then u should imagine what Prime Borsalino can do.

Long Range slash looses it's power as it travels. That 1 slash by mihawk went a long way and cut many things before Jozu had to turn diamond to "deflect it" not tank it. it still went upwards and exploded, after all of that!
when mihawk entered the field everyone remaked. He's a 1 man army

It was only cutting Ice.
Jozu stopped deflected that attack means Mihawk's attack didnot work on him. On the other hand, Doffy as well as Aokiji attack worked on him.
Jozu, Marco, Crocodile and Ivankov was also seen as threat when they joined the war.
Same can be said for Doffy, Jimbei, Crocodile,Ivankov etc.

Every couple of months a thread like this pops up, but no one ever has any good arguments as to why Mihawk is supposed to be on that level.
It is clear that the yonkou are on a special level, Mihawk is just not there.

Idiots yonko level is not only about you
Mihawk will never be yonko level because he doesn't have a crew to back him
To be yonko u have to be
One of strongest at sea (mihawk by hype is one of these)
Have shit ton of territory in new world (as far as we know he doesn't)
You and your crew has to have enough influence to hold said territories (he can't do if he's alone if he's defending point A and point J gets attacked he can't do shit about it because he cannot send anyone over there) so there for he lacks the complete power to defend and keep said territories ..
So yeah not yonko level
As for suchibanki luffy beat every one bar doffy by himself (he needed help with oars though )
But
He hasn't beaten Kuma who has beat him and his entire crew twice
And mihawk
I will also say I don't believe he beat boa either
He hasn't beat all of them
Only croc Moria doffy
He hasn't beaten wevile and didn't fight law when he was warlord
He has clashed with jinbe but hasn't beaten him (although believe he's stronger along with Hancock due to gear 4th)

When someone says "Mihawk is Yonkou Level", they mean he could give Kaido a run for his money, not that he could become a Yonkou if he wanted. He doesn't have Minions, He doesn't need minions, and he has no interest in conquering territory.

I don't think he is Yonko level....He himself said at the War of Marineford that "I want to see how much is the difference between me and the one they call the world's strongest." Fighting 1vs1 with Shanks is incredible but we don't even know what kind of fights were those or what was Shanks level at that time..Shanks lost his arm a few years back...if he was Yonko level back then I am surprised that he didn't use armament Haki to save his arm although it seems like he did use Conqueror's Haki to drive away the monster...Also his presence at the Marineford and the ease with which he stopped Akainu make sme think he is stronger than Mihawk....Mihawk's swordplay is the greatest and Shanks rivaled him in his forte...combine it with Conqueror's Haki to the extent that Whitebeard called it impressive is surely a big deal...

He is on the same lever for sure.
Admirals and Yonko are generally on the same tier, slightly favoring Yonko.. Both Yonko and admiral have a swordsman in their ranks and since Mihawk is the strongest swordsman he is already automatically >. I think the only admiral he can't beat is Akainu. BB and Big Mom is a toss up.
