Why Madara Uchiha fought Hashirama Senju

I dunno, I searched before making it by I couldn't find anything like this. There are a ton of rinnegan or Hashirama threads around the forum, but the two arguments weren't link together, so I created this one.

All I read is the bold but I thought it stated that somewhere in the manga? or maybe I saw it on another thread

The first part of the thread about Hashirama is all stated in the manga, while the 2nd one about the rinnegan awakening is just a theory, inspired by TheEye's thread. I just made 1+1=2.

you dont need senju dna to get rinngean. madara unlocked it fair and square. he needed senju dna for his plan to work in the future

Show me where I said that. Madara wanted a near death experience to unlock the rinnegan, not the senju Dna. He wanted Hashirama's powers just to get stronger.

I agree, even though I think he obtained Senju DNA to strenghten his Chakra and I disagree with Rinnegan part, that's why :

1. Madara obtained Rinnegan shortly before his death.
2. Madara DIDN'T die while fighting against Hashirama.
3. Madara knew Nagato.

Find me the points where I said the opposite of what you're saying. I didn't even mention Nagato at all, because it wasn't a thread about him and his relation with Madara.

LMAO. You Madara fanboys never cease to amaze me. Madara didnt go to that fight with the intention of losing. You know how I know this? Logic. Lets review the facts here shall we?
Madara had fought Hashirama several times before but he went through the trouble of capturing the nine tails to fight Hashirama this time. What does that mean?
1. He knew very well his usual powers wont be able to defeat Hashirama.He needed a big advantage i.e the nine tails
2. He went to the fight with every intention of winning. Why else would he go through the trouble of capturing and summoning the nine tails to a fight he planned on losing?
