why kakashi dont use his .....?

I agree with u..that had some sense in it,,you are right for most of the part,,speicially the third and second reasoning I tottaly agree
well.. first of all it would be a huge toll on his chakra.. and after all this is a manga and there needs to be action.. wouldnt it be boring if kakashi just used it all the time and destroy opponents without all the fighting..

First It will be boring If he can just kamui all 7 swordsman in the beginning , we wouldt learn any new jutsu and more about the swordsmans.
Second I dont think he have a enough chakra to successfully kamui all 7 swordsman in the first place I mean when he start sucking 2 or 3 of them the others most likely stay away from the technic and use of their jutsu to disturb his technic which eventually make kakashi dead or lost most of his chakra reserve in the beginning of the fight and he is one of the smart persons in naruverse so he trys other options before using his most exhausting jutsu in the first place.
Third he has division to lead so Its unlikely he use his last trump card too early in the game.
And last against the impure world resurrections, kamui may not be work at all or If It works he may need much more chakra to use it and suck the Ress. ninja is much harder then the live ones.

He doesn't use it from the start because:
1.He doesn't know what powers his enemy has. What if he is able to dodge/escape/block Kamui, then what...
2.That jutsu requires focus, and the target to be still, or moving in one constant direction so he can focus on it. Like the needle, and susanoo's arrow, it was coming right towards him, that's why he was able to focus.
3.The jutsu eats up a lot of chakra, he could probably use it like on 3-4 targets at most. And it doesn't really have such a great range, i doubt he can absorb 2 persons standing side by side like in a formation.
4.It is a war, it is one fight after another so you must try to defeat each enemy with less effort, without wasting chakra, and also maintaining your stamina. Using that jutsu is just not the right thing, at least not right now.

Maybe he had no chakra left but he can loose his sight if he overuse it ...

Unless hes is for certain that he is only going to be fighting one person him using it basically makes him useless. Him using that technique even once drains him so much.
Hes not naruto or Sasuke that can keep going harder and harder even when they shouldn't have anything left...He has the brains and ability but doesnt have the body for it.
(crazy sidenote: imagine him having naruto's body...he would really be unstoppable

It's a war Kakashi is a general and he isn't only facing one opponent. Even if he was succeessful using the Mangekyou Sharingan, he may be killed because of the chakra drain that slows him down (like when he warped the arrow away against Sasuke).

This technique must be focused on sth!A person or whatever.And it has to do with his vision.He can't have everyone in sight.There whould be so many openings for other enemies to attack.So why not save it for someone like Sasuke or Itachi or Kabuto.I think we'll get to see him activate his MS but not so soon.

Its because that move uses up alot of charka if he uses it once it takes half his charka away and if he uses it twice then he'll just be a sitting duck and he is the one suppose to give orders to his squad. plus kakashi has been in war before and has enough experience just to use the jutsu he alwasy does instead of tiring him out so fast.

If you remember, he was only abled to use it twice back with Pain.
It's not a move that can be easily used over and over.
Using it even once uses a pretty good chunk of his strength and tires him out. It's a move that's risky, and should only be used when needed.
Especially since he's not a full blooded Uchia.
