Sakura has got her powerup once in the lifespan of this manga and it will disappear again after this "war" You can delude yourself into thinking that kishi cares about sakura and her development but her powerup was simply a quick fix to her poor development over part 2. Actually to perception the drawing is off, if the rock was to hit her (seeing as how it's bigger than her head) then her head would've flew back and we would've seen her face as she flew back, and her head hand would've possibly flew off.

OT: OP once again I'd say Chatte explained it. Tsunade never mentioned how she took to form it. She is likely able to even recharge it faster because of Senju DNA logic.

It took 3 years to store the chakra...because she's a normal person with average chakra levels. So it takes more time to store that level of chakra.

First part was just bashing Sakura, but the two weeks part likely refers to the fact that between waking up from her coma and the war was basically only a few days...in which she reformed her seal.

well it took her three years cuz its not an easy thing to do.. It also took Tsunade a while..
but Sakura is excellent at chakra control.. So her being a shinobi meant she will have to use chakra..(kinda)
by storing chakra into that seal behind her forehead it would take a few years for her to produce the abilities she has..
It requires extreme err.. intense concentration to focus chakra into a seal behind your forehead that you cant see..

jutsu : she has the same regeneration abilities Tsunade has.. if she gets cuts or bruises, her cells regenerate at a rapid pace replenishing & healing her injuries.

possibly: since she is soo good at concentrating & controlling her chakra, she could possibly have similar abilities to Neij. where he can send his chakra through any point in his body. She probably could use that In her taijutsu for harder hits.

That is bullshit... The manga haven't shown how long took Tsunade to master the seal by the first time.
The whole thing about Sakura needing to wait for 3 years each time she need to use Byakugou is so stupid...
