Why is Tsunade so underated?

What has Tsunade done? anyone? She sat out the Pain fight, she beat Orochimaru with help from J-man and she tried to fight Madara by charging at him. FAIL.

Sure she's better than 95% of ninja but has anyone seen her jutsu? Can we confidently say she would beat Kakashi? Gai? Any Akatsuki? Another Kage? Lady Chio?

I love her and her massive rock'n t*ts but I wouldn't want her on my team. I'd marry her.

Tsunade healed, revived most of konoha after pain, she sat out because Naruto had it and he wanted no interference, And she charged at Madara because one one way to kill Madara is Physically beating him then sealing.. And she did a damn good job at tossing madara around for the 2 seconds it lasted. Although it really had no effect on Madara, Tsunade showed her will of fire which was strong... Till Madara pulled clones.

She's stronger than Raikage, who's punch is compared to 1 million pounds thrushes at BM Naruto. She's more of a supporter , the medic.. But at the same time she can handle on her own. The kages even said they needed her..


Let's take a step back, who's currently(meaning that's still alive) the best medical ninja? Tsunade. She has one of the best defense with a strong offense.

Tsunade is so under rated.... I think we just don't get to see her fight enough. Because she's hokage means she isn't on the frontlines all the time. She didn't fight pain cause naruto showed up and whooped him but truly we don't see enough of her to judge her fighting ability. this isn't like dragonball Z where the strongest people always show up to save the day on the daily. (don't flame me it was just a comparison) .

Anyways I don't think we can judge her based on what we've seen. She's an excellent healer and a smart fighter. I won't say smart otherwise since she sent Jiraiya to his death -__-

I'm pretty sure that Pein would been defeated if 1 or 2 or 3 or the 4. Hokage was there. Why didnt she use the ''super useless'' power? Less would been dead.

Tsunade's chakra reserves are huge. So if she enters Byakougou she doesn't need to see him he's going to try to Hirudora her... and she's gonna be back up and he's gonna go wtf? then try morning peacock. She'll get back up and he's going to be screwed.He essentially faces the same problem as A.

As if it being a clone makes any difference. Do you not know that clones can be just as powerful as their original? Madara, having the Rinnegan and the powers of EMS, along with Wood Release would even further this aspect. Honestly I don't know what you have against Tsunade, but you don't even seem to want to listen to any points that are made. Makes me wonder if you even read the entire OP.. :\

Tsunade is faaaaaaar from underrated. As far as combat abilities go all she is is a punch and a kick and from the top tier catagory that isn't working on anyone since all kage level shinobi are capable of dodging tai jutsu.

As for 1 punch you're dead, you can say the same for anyone. One rasengan dead, one chidori dead, one tbb dead and so on. That's a horrible arguement to support her.

Her time to shine was during the pain invasion. She did a horrible job. Whilst the paths where destroying the village all she was doing was standing on the roof observing, when she got confronted by deva path she ran her mouth and showing disrepct which lead to the village getting destroyed. She protected a a chunk of the villagers but that' not good enough. Not a single other Hokage would have let that happen. To make it worse after that all that was need to kill her was assura path, :flaw:. Then she let the jinchuuriki they're supposed to protect save them. :sy:

She's underrated because she doesn't have a lot of flashy jutsus like ftg or mokuton. When people think of a kage, they usually think of amazing offensive feats like Hashirama vs. Madara or Minato vs. Tobi. Tsunade's a good medical nin, but she should have at least helped Naruto against pain.

She can beat Gai easily. She also stands a great chance at defeating Kakashi (I won't argue with that now, look up the many Kakashi vs Tsunade arguements). In the Akatsuki she can easily defeat Hidan and Zetsu along with pose a great threat to Kakuzu and Konan. She'dbe the perfect match for Sasori since his posion wouldn't affect her (she's the best healer in the world) and she could probably break ten puppets with a snap of her fingers.

I personally believe the reason that Tsunade is disliked so much is because of the way Kishi handles female characters (Not all of them). Lets recap to the beginning of Ship when Sakura seemed so beasty with her newfound abilities and attitude. But as the story progressed, she kind of became her old self again and lacked value to the conflicts going on.

I simply believe Kishimoto has portrayed Tsunade's actions as very meaningless. She doesnt seem to be shown as the ninja or Hokage that takes action. Rather her character remains sidelined shown as the typical 'Oh wth do I do now?' person. If he made Tsunade more like Mei Terumi then she would be more of a favorable character IMO. Mei Terumi is the most badass female char in the series (my opinion that is) and her traits are nothing like Tsunade's.
