Why is sarutobi underated so badly?

Itachi,Mianto,Hashi,Madara,Obito,Naruto,Sasuke,Trollkage,Sasori,Mu,Nagato,Orochimaru,Kabuto,Kakashi.

but the reason i am saying hiruzen`s mastery of all konoha`s jutsu is an exaggeration is because he clearly doesnt have all jutsus,meaning secret techniques that only akimichi,nara,inoichi,hyuuga,uchiha and a lot of other clans use.he doesnt have kage mane no jutsu, therefore the statement cant be taken for granted....

it may simply refer to all konoha`s jutsu that can be learned by an ordinary shinobi(a shinobi with no kekkei genkai,special clan association)

as kakashiownsall cleared up he has mastery of all 5 elements but not of all konoha`s jutsus

Edit: you have to remember that Naruto learned wind really fast. Combining nature transformation (i.e. wind) with the highest level of shape transformation (rasengan) is a different story.

I don't underestimate him, but I expected a bit more. Actually, I expect to see more from all the hokages (not including Hashirama).

Tobirama's ability to use FTG was confirmed, but aside from that there isn't a whole lot else to we know.
Hiruzen a.k.a. 'God of Shinobi' still has yet to live up to his hype.
Minato's KCM doesn't really do much for him, considering the fact that he couldn't use it when he was alive.

It's only really Hashirama so far that has demonstrated good feats. Give it time I say.

We haven't even seen what Sasuke and Orochimaru are fully capable of. :heh:
