[Discussion] Why is BB overrated on this forum?

BB has 2 OP fruits and that's about it, his haki isn't on par with the top tier characters from what we've seen. He would be weak against any OP non devil fruit user...

Yes, he will be strong later on, but right now he isn't op enough to fight on par with any of the top tier characters...

It's implied he ambushed Shanks...he's probably the weakest yonko...we don't know if Aokiji joined his crew yet, if he does then he's the strongest in the crew lol. IMO Aokiji will side with Luffy's crew when the time comes

A lot of speculation in that post. Has more than 2 devil fruits? Do elaborate. Aokiji on his side? Really, you actually believe Aokiji's helping BB? Plus Aokiji doesn't count as BB's strength we're not talking crew we're talking 1v1.

BB is an opportunistic coward and that alone should tell you he's not a super strong fighter yet. He got handled by Magellan quicker than Luffy did. I don't see an enemy the BB could beat that Luffy couldn't.

You can't be the main character when the main character has been instated before another's existence. Point is, Chōji's defeated one of the S4 on his own, dealt the final blow against Edo Asuma and butted heads with the Gedō Mazō.

So yes, you can be "fat and powerful".

OT: Well BB is the hype bruh. He blocked a punch from sengoku with gura gura ,which alone makes him a top tire.plus he probably has one of the best durability in the series if not the best. The way he was tanking ace's attacks was really scary and impressive at the same time. Not to mention his devil fruit being the counter of every other.

He countered sengoku shockwave punch with a shockwave of his own. More hyped for Akainu than BB right now. BB that ***** ass bish ran away from Akainu even after the 2 year timeskip lol

BB's DF makes him take more damage than usual and Luffy is a straight up power brawler.

That isn't true. It nullifies all DF abilities. If BB is touching Luffy then he cannot stretch. If he's touching chopper he wouldn't be able to maintain any of his points as they are attributed to his DF. Not only that but he has in his possession the most destructive DF in existence. He is easily stronger than Luffy.

BB barely gets matchups on this forum and every time I see them he gets underrated. The guy has the strongest paramecia that's been said to be capable of destroying the whole world + a devil fruit that nullifies other DFs.

The guy could be stronger than anyone else after two years with some mastery of those 2 fruits.

He's a contender for the WSM.

First of all we have no proof what it will do to any other DF except Logia in the manga yet(him using it on Luffy only happened in the anime I believe, though I could be wrong). I'm open to persuasion so please justify your position. He may be stronger than Luffy(can't say until we see more) but he lost to an opponent Luffy lost to only quicker, tell me somebody you think Luffy couldn't beat that BB could with reasons(do you think BB could 1v1 Doffy, Akainu, Aokiji?) Also the Gura Gura may be, MAY BE, recognized as the best paramecia because of the previous user, BB even after 2 years should be nowhere near as good with the GGnM as WB was so to attribute WB level GGnM feats to BB simply because he has the fruit isn't that logical.
