There are only two examples where hashi beaten madara.
So far all i did was pointing out bad choises of madara and came up with more effective ones that are within his capabilities.

Madara can't summon Kurama at any given moment, ergo it's not his. Hashi can collect nature energy whenever he feels like it, that's his ability. Madara's ability is to control the kyuubi, but he needs to find it first.
