1. I agree with the Genjutsu part. Itachi said, that a blood relative with the Sharingan could break Tsukuyomi; therefore Sasuke managed to break it. Above Itachi said, that you cannot cast a Genjutsu on someone who possesses the same eyes as you do.
2. I agree with the Amaterasu part partially, since Sasuke is able to control the flame with the Enton. But, the Enton most likely won't prevent the flame from arising directly before Sasukes body. And controlling the flames doesn't automatically mean that you can move them from your body. Also you have to consider, that those flames cause hellish pain and damage. But yet, Sasuke can repel the flames by only using Susanoos ribcage and control them afterwards.
3. I agree with the Susanoo part, apart from the speed of Itachis activation. When Itachi used Susanoo at the time you are using as an example, this was rather a demonstration by Kishimoto who was showing Susanoo with all its states - Therefore the activation was going by this rhythm. Because on the other side, Itachi was able to activate his Susanoo in order to repel Kirin, and when he fought Kabuto together with Sasuke, the activation of his Susano seemed to be synchronous to Sasukes. But yes, he most likely will be forced to use his Susanoo, because he wouldn't stand up to Sasukes force otherwise.
4. I agree with the arrow part partially. Itachi would indeed see the arrow coming, since the Sharingan gives its user a great insight in an every technique and can predict them. Whether he can avoid it is the other question, he will most likely be forced to use Susanoo to repel them. Same goes for Kirin and Amaterasu. But here, you shouldn't underestimate Itachis other capabilities, like forming hand seals and Kagebunshins with a speed where even the Sharingan cannot react to. So there is also a possibility, that Sasukes attacks could be wasted for a Bunshin. But Bunshins won't help Itachi constantly and he will indeed be forced to use Susanoo.
5. In a matter of versatile I have to disagree here. Apart from the Ninjutsu, Itachis skills are spread around all areas. His Taijutsu is on an excellent level and on a higher level than Sasukes, his intelligence and usage of weapons also exceed Sasukes and his usage of Genjutsus are better, too, since he is specialized on them. Unlike Sasuke, who rely mostly on his Ninjutsu, Itachi is using them always in order to catch his opponents already in the beginning of a very fight. But with the EMS, his Genjutsus are really comparable to Itachis, apart from Tsukuyomi of course. Here I'm referring to his Genjutsu where he is paralyzing his opponents, for example against Shee. But it seems that Sasukes Genjutsus are based on a paralyzing and hypnotizing effect, while Itachi can use pure illusions, too. So all in all Itachi is the better Genjutsu user, though they won't be of use against Sasuke.
But in the end, I agree with you, since Sasuke has the superior eyes and the greater stamina, especially since the EMS reduces the Chakra drainage of MS techniques to a minimum. The strongest techniques Itachi uses, Sasuke can use, too, and even more. Though his Genjutsu skills are not on Itachis level, Genjutsus are no worth talking about, unlike the Amaterasu Sasuke can control to his advantage.
