Not only is Susanoo not a person, you totally missed what is was saying. It doesn't mean Totsuka can pierce anything, simply anything that it can pierce will be sealed away (though it needs to be a person). Totsuka cannot pierce Sasuke's full Susanoo.

ems sasuke beats itachi not easily but he does beat him MS drawbacks are itachis fault here in a sussano battle itachi will start going blind and coughing up blood while sasuke remains strong and with perfect vision every cell in itachis body will start to ache while sasuke will continue to attack without drawbacks and itachi may have the totska blade but a sword coated in amatertsu (the flames that burn anything) will pierce itachis sussano as well so if they parry eachothers attacks itachi still loses due to ms drawbacks its quite obvious to me who wins this because ems>ms and thats facts

sasuke can't surprise itachi, even though they have the same moves and sasuke can spam it, itachi is way smarter than sasuke

similar to nagato vs itachi who is stronger nagato but he won't beat him in a fight

but madara can beat itachi because his moves are more violent AND he can compete intellectually
