Stopped reading at bold. How is near clashing head on matching him in speed? That's like saying Sasuke matched Raikage in speed and outsped him because they was going head to head and Sasuke dodged and landed a hit. All Naruto did was invade and counter.

Unlike Sasuke, Naruto had a keen insight on movement of the Raikage. His final confrontation showed him maneuvering against the Raikage hell finger, which can solely be possible when the assailant speed is similar to the opposite person.

No, it did not. Don't even try. Madara made the laser and then moved his head. Naruto parried that movement. That means the laser was moving through space at the speed Madara was moving his head. Naruto never dodged the formation of laser in the manga. If he did, then it means he's faster than speed of light. He can run several laps around earth in one second. I am betting over 8 ones given that NV is so small. He has no such feats. Not even close.

Withal, you should understand there are branch concepts in relation to speed. Evading something grants you the concept of reaction speed. It doesn't grant the dominion over the other constituents, such as travel speed, combat speed, and attack speed. Each concepts has within it requirements that must be met in other to be part of your capabilities. Of course Naruto cannot race round the world 7.5times per second interval because he doesn't have the requisite travel speed. In reaction speed however , he has the capability of reacting to movements quantified moving at the speed of light with the reason that, he has reacted to one.

Unlike Sasuke when Raikage went V2 he didn't do a head on attack like he did vs Naruto. Which was why Naruto could dodge it the way he did because he saw it coming. Same as vs the 3rd Raikage it was both head on. That's why those instances except Naruto seeing and dodging Raikage was the only speed feat. The other was just reaction feat.
