Why do people overrate Chouji so much?

Argue against what? You used an instance in the anime to discredit Chouji when I showed what he's done in the manga.

his size makes him an easy target and makes his attacks very obvious. Anyone with enough power and agility could take him down.

Tell that to Kakazu. A fast, intelligent ninja with a hundred years of experience. Or Asuma. Jirobo could throw mountains and Chouji still took him out, Chouji is criminally underrated.

You also know that the Beach Battlefront was by far the most intense one right? Hell and that was even before Tobi himself arrived and dropped the f*ckign Gedo Mazu on it. They were losing until Chouji unleashed his Titan Butterfly mode. Him and his father literally saved that battlefield.
