I got your point, but you don't seems to understand that when character is overrated there's definitely something special about them that makes other people overate them

I see what you are saying but some people say Hinata is a good charcter specifically for the fact that she has fairly large breats. Things like that don't really make a charcter in terms of writińg. Plus a charcter that is written well typically deserves to get recognition and praise for it. A charcter that is not written well is not so deserving of such a thing but I do see what you are saying.

It's a combination of pairing wars and haters doing what they do best. I find her to be a decent character. My qualms are with Kishi not the character. She had an interesting backstory that could have been expanded on much further than it was, but instead the guy chose to make her dependent on Naruto. I have no idea where this "Hinata is overrated" nonsense comes from. The only one that i've ever seen exaggerates Hinata's abilities on here is CC, but she does that for the Hyuuga as a whole.​

Well it's easy to separate fanboys and real fans (which is what I do) but I am not saying stop hating on her it's just you it doesn't even bother me , hell I don't even care for such a topic but still I am here to prove that some fanboys don't even know what they're talking about so I kinda understand your general point

I liked Hinata in part one, she was a very good character. However, as soon as Shipuuden came around, her character development screeched to a halt and she basically became "Naruto-Kun." Anybody remember that omake in the anime where the directors recorded her saying "Naruto-kun" in different ways? And then they had Hinata stop coming because that was all they needed. Yeah, it was cute and funny, but sadly that's what Hinata's character is in Shippuden. I don't think there's a single scene in Shippuden where she is not talking to Naruto, thinking about Naruto, or with Naruto. I dislike her not because of pairings (I don't really ship and I dislike Sakura just as much) or because of strength, but because she is such a one dimensional character.
