Why didn't Sasuke use Kirin?

Did you forget Sasuke using Amaterasu lead to two top teir fighters losing am arm?

Out of all the times it was spammed it took two arms, big whoop. Naruto does spam but don't act like he doesn't get results. Amaterasu doesn't work on a cloak, deal with it. Lel

I'll dumb it down for you..
Rasengan vs Chidori that was influenced with Amaterasu
Equated each other out. What led to Naruto & Sasuke losing their arms was the clash between the chidori and the Rasengan itself. The chidori having Amaterasu had no effect. If you removed the Amaterasu off the chidori it would've still resulted in a tie. Amaterasu was useless in the fight, even Sasuke himself admitted that it could only be used as a distraction.

You kidding, The amount of prep that technique needs are insane. Kirin had been only a one time jutsu just like Tsunade's Body Derangement technique only used for one fight OP but forgotten. Anyway Sasuke has a much stronger arsenal and doesn't need to do some Piakchu shit to annihilate his foe.
