Why didn't Sasuke use Kirin?

Are you being serious? Or are you that stupid?

Just because the clouds aren't dark doesn't mean the atmosphere can't be used to create lightning. Kirin simply guides and uses already created electricity. That explosion and cloud probably still carried plenty for usage.

Are you blind? They both lost their arms. It was a regular Rasengan vs a Chidori with Amaterasu which equated into both of them losing their arms.
The remaining chakra he received was just enough to make a Rasengan. It being from Kurama didn't make it some special Rasengan
And Amaterasu was useless as Naruto literally shrugged it off with ease with the chakra cloak

And there you go,you yourself have just said how Amaterasu led to Naruto losing am arm,yet earlier you were acting like it was useless.

And yes the Kyuubi's chakra does power up Naruto's techniques,or do you really think a normal Rasengan with just Naruto's chakra is equal or stronger than a Rasengan made from the Kyuubi's chakra.

and do you even realize how illogical it is for a normal Rasengan to equal a Amaterasu Chidori? So The whole story a normal Chidori always equaled a normal Rasengan yet now suddenly Masashi makes a normal Rasengan equal a Amaterasu Chidori? If a normal Chidori equaled a normal Rasengan then why would an even more powerful Chidori still equal? Plot?

lol if it was just a normal Rasengan than that further shows how Naruto was saved by plot.

That's exactly what it means. The clouds where a part of the jutsu collision. The lightning given off was directly from the Indra Arrow stalemate with the TBFRS. The conditions for Kirin were not favorable. The sky is clear, bright, and the clouds itself were not heat up to a temperature which causes the air to circulate. Which in turn makes thunder/lightning clouds. Anything else on this is just simple basic fundamentals.

I have yet to see anything that shows the sky clear during their small battle on the ground. As I have shown above, there are clouds and the environment was darkened. Electricity travels through clouds and therefore there was probably usable material still left in them. The explosion must have caused plenty of heat in their general area to keep the heat tension intact. Not enough to cause a storm, but just enough to carry electricity.

I'll dumb it down for you..
Rasengan vs Chidori that was influenced with Amaterasu
Equated each other out. What led to Naruto & Sasuke losing their arms was the clash between the chidori and the Rasengan itself. The chidori having Amaterasu had no effect. If you removed the Amaterasu off the chidori it would've still resulted in a tie. Amaterasu was useless in the fight, even Sasuke himself admitted that it could only be used as a distraction.

Something is strangely wrong here. I'll have to point out why you are wrong on so many levels.

Pointless, the circulating air and chakra would of made Naruto release the threat incoming way before the technique itself would manifest. Mind you Naruto is the best sensor in the World at this point, anything bar of sneak attacks is a joke.

So he would leave himself defenseless so that he could send an attack in the sky? Seems like Naruto is winning this battle. I guess Sasuke's intelligence was really nerfed, huh?

Oh my God ... Do you even know how Kirin is formed?

This is where I lost it. Not only was the PREP time itself difficult, Sasuke had to use Itachi's Amateraesu to increase the heat-flow in the atmosphere as-well. Anything else on your "seconds" is a joke. If you make me bring manga scans, it will just be the end of this discussion before it gets to another round.

You're giving Naruto intelligence he doesn't have. What would he sense? Lightning? So he would automatically know exactly what Sasuke would do just from that? Whereas not even Itachi knew right away?

"So he would leave himself defenseless so that he could send an attack in the sky? Seems like Naruto is winning this battle. "

You're giving Naruto too much credit.Did you forget how Naruto stood there, and did nothing when Sasuke put all 9 Bijuu in Genjutsu, and Chibaku Tensei? How he stood there, and did nothing when Sasuke brought all the Bijuu over too him,and absorbed all the chakra from all the Bijuu, and adapted it too his Susano'o?

Yet Naruto would attack Sasuke while he sends a fireball into the sky ?

LMAO
Funny enough Sasuke created Chidori and Enton with Kyuubi's chakra :lmao:

I guess that automatically means the amount of the Kyuubi's chakra Sasuke got and Naruto got was the same. You somehow know that evem though it wasn't said.

Wonder if the clouds at vote were dark or not, wish Kishi colored the manga at times. A dark cloud would signify more matter to generate lightning, while a light colored cloud has less matter and can't produce lightning.

So Masashi nerfed Sasuke's intelligence by not having him launch some Fire Style jutsu into the sky like he did against Itachi to change the whether. Then while charging up Indra's arrow with the Bijuus chakra,Sasuke could have also adapted the lightning from the sky.
He was focused on molding the chakra for Indra's Arrow. There would be no way for him to split his attention between the two.

-At the start of the battle, launch some Fire Style jutsu to the sky - Fight Naruto - by the time he has the Bijuus chakra it's thundering - load up Indra's arrow, and adapt the lightning.
And Naruto and Kurama aren't going to notice anything odd about this? Kirin was used as finishing technique to kill Itachi. Sasuke planned the whole thing out to take advantage of the Amaterasu and their combined Katons. He wasn't thinking about Kirin at the VoTE when he had far more powerful and accessible Raiton jutsu at his disposal. PS Chidori stalemated a Rikudou TBB, and Lightning Senbon overpowered those same TBBs [ ]. A normal TBB by itself already has greater destructive capacity than Kirin, which was tanked by a v3 Susano'o.

-Get Bijuus chakra which trenmendously powers up all his techniques ,so he does one Big fire style jutsu, sending it to the sky - seconds later, due to the tremendous heat of the high powered Fire technique,it thunders quickly - and Sasuke loads up Indra's Arrow with the Bijuus chakra, and uses the lightning aswell.
Sasuke put everything he had into Indra's Arrow; it was his strongest technique, and he had confidence that it would be enough to finish Naruto, hence his surprise at Naruto surviving. Using extraneous chakra to create Kirin and focusing on forming it while also forming and aiming the arrow would detract from the IA itself.

Against Itachi, from just using his own chakra he created thunder clouds in seconds so i wonder how quickly he could do it with Sage chakra or Sage chakra + Bijuus chakra.
You're forgetting that Itachi's Amaterasu was also a large contributing factor to the formation of Kirin. Sasuke's Katon showed no relative enhancement after gaining the Sage's chakra. His Fireball Jutsu remained the same size. So unless he used Amaterasu/Enton to do so, then it's irrelevant as he's never been shown to use Enton in mass whilst using PS.

Naruto could sense miles away from his hideout in the Turtle Island, and could sense the war when he stepped outside in Sage Mode alone. Now you are trying to tell me that Naruto's intelligence would lack in the form of what he would sense, or how he would operate?

"So he would leave himself defenseless so that he could send an attack in the sky? Seems like Naruto is winning this battle."
So you basically said what would happen if Sasuke decided to make a large scale attack and sent it to the sky, much like how Naruto stood there as the Bijuu were placed into a Genjutsu, Sasuke would be left open to attack. There is nothing else to say on this subject, anything else is bar of your complaining and rudimentary struggle.

Did Naruto try to stop him? In fact, Naruto himself states that he does not want to kill Sasuke before he uses ST to pull the CT near him. That singularity is the main reason why Naruto tries not to attack Sasuke at all without him attacking first.

YYet Naruto would attack Sasuke while he sends a fireball into the sky ?
Someone does not understand how Bijuu chakra works, how the attack forms (IA for example), and how someone can counter. "Sigh"

Sky at VOTE2 probably before the techniques charging:

Stalemate:

Clouds dispersing:

You can see that in the panels after their stalemate the clouds are gone. Funny enough the clouds themselves still cannot produce a Kirin. The electricity that travels through the clouds, hit the ground only, which is why the blast radius was even felt where Kakashi/Sakura stood. There is no possible way for it itself to be able to form a Kirin sized attack. Look at Sasuke v. Itachi for reference. Again, I should not have to explain something so basic.

If Amaterasu was useless and didn't power up the Chidori then why would Sasuke use it?

Obviously Sasuke was putting everything he had into that one attack considering that was all the chakra he had left. Which in the end having Amaterasu on the chidori had no effect resulting in a stalemate. Deny all you want, Sasuke himself admitted that Amaterasu can only be used as a distraction that only ended up distracting himself by having Naruto surprise attack Sasuke with Kage Bunshin

I'm still confused as to how you do not see the clouds in the bottom of your last picture, where you state the "clouds are gone". You can't truly tell whether or not they are simply separating as they naturally would do, or actually dissipating into nothing.

Kurama even said that he had low chakra to begin with, you are basing the scenarios in comparison? How is this for a comparison. Sasuke took enough chakra from Kurama that he created not only a Chidori, but also mixed it with Enton.

Naruto formed a single Rasengan.

Because you obviously cannot see that the clouds themselves are dispersing.
Look at the sky on the bottom right
You must be registered for see images

The clouds were only formed by the stalemate, nothing less and nothing more.

And are you forgetting how Sasuke added Amaterasu to Naruto's Rasengan earlier? So did that do nothing? Or does adding Amaterasu to Rasengan powers up Rasengan but adding Amaterasu to Chidori doesn't?

Such twisted logic.

Funny how earlier you were hyping Amatersu Chidori up,as if it was stronger than a normal Chidori, but now you're acting like it doesn't make Chidori stronger.

Yeah Naruto would notice lightning,so? Did he read Sasuke vs Itachi and know what Kirin is? If he sees Sasuke send a Fire Ball into the sky,he won't know what he's planning. He will notice the thunder, and maybe figure Sasuke made it thunder on purpose but he doesn't know the Jutsu,or how it works, and he can't read Sasuke's mind.

And are you really trying to counter this? Naruto did nothing while 9 living entities were being toyed with multiple times but seeing Sasuke send fire into the sky would make him go Super Saiyan and attack Sasuke?

Yeah, sure.I see why your counter on that point was so weak.

For Sasuke to send an attack on a large scale with Bijuu chakra he would need to charge it, which Naruto senses, which is why he had his own attack being formed via Kurama/NE. Not to mention it does not take a rocket scientist for a sensor of Naruto's caliber to differentiate between what will happen, and what is going to happen. Funny enough your little hypothetical holds no merit when this is not even possible in the first place, though I do enjoy nonsensical banter as the next guy. I'm going to have to finish this up.

Yet Naruto promised to Kurama as he was being swept away by the CT that he would save him. He was allowing Sasuke to do what he wants, do you want scans, or nah?

There was nothing to prove, all I see is a half watered responses. Kid games.

Sasuke said Amaterasu alone wasn't enough. But what did he do against Naruto at the end? Chidori with Amaterasu.Obviously he knew it would power his Chidori up.

Comprehension fail. I did not hype up chidori with Amaterasu, I said even with Amaterasu the chidori stalemated with a base Rasengan.
And you are forgetting that Rasengan with Sasuke's amaterasu was used against someone else?
You continue to defy logic trying to use other scenarios when the discussion is about whether Amaterasu was useful during the VOTE 2 fight
