it might actually help him using itachi as an emotional weapon to try and control sasuke, or atleast make him lose his cool like danzo did by talking about itachi. normally it'd be bad to piss off someone with EMS, but kabuto has some secret weapon ("That jutsu") and itachi/nagato behind him and is like oro, a calm calculating type of villian so it'd be to his advantage for sasuke to not be thinking clearly.
