I should probably weigh myself soon. Lol. I'm sure I'm getting fatter because of quarantine. But, I'm avoiding a lot of fast food, just eating a ton of junk food and not working out or anything. ;-;

hit that cardio, 3 days a week for 30 minutes or more and pay attention to your calorie intake. in a few months you could lose that with consistency till you get to a weight you feel better at

burpees are the supreme for burning fat

I just shuddered. I don't think there is any other exercise I dislike more than burpees, but hey, they get the job done.

ugh, tho
i dont mind burpees anymore, though its still not easy and im in great shape. actually today was a cardio day, i only do cardio one day and mostly do it for my abs. i did

60 burpees
30 v-ups
30 bicycle crunches
30 russian twists
75 jumping jacks
3 minutes of high knees

though the exercise i hate the most is lunges. my girlfriend does jumping lunges, that shits tough

wow! that's impressive! I still have work to do, but I hope I'll get somewhere around there, haha.

and, oh, yeah, I don't like russian twists either, they make me feel a bit queasy for some reason, lol. on the other hand, love the bicycle crunches and jumping jacks

(I follow a programme now, but after I'm done with that in about 5 days I think I'm going to make my own)
