I suggest postponing these topics entirely until we ALL can WATCH the MOVIE.
THEN, everyone will be able to have an OPINION that MATTERS.

It only covered the pairings which were important to 699 - 700 because they were the only things we haven't seen. Sadly, Kishimoto didn't even involve Orochimaru/Team Taka in the final chapters, therefore he never ment for them to be in the movie sadly.

True we all watch Naruto for action but this has to be done to fill the gap, sadly, we gotta blame Kishi for making undeveloped relationships all around. Can't blame him because of the plot though, realistically there was no time for relationships. That's why love that was created - Kushina/Minato - was beautiful because Kishimoto didn't have time to ruin it with the Ninja-style theme.

The ratings are coming from butthurt fans as the reviews (I might've said this at least 50 times now) have given it moderate reviews, meaning it's GREAT, but it's not PERFECT. Basically it could be better, but it should be an enjoyable film for all of us who enjoy Naruto for Naruto, adding the pairings and seeing our MC happy for once after all these chapters of chasing Sasuke.

SP didn't lie entirely as Sasuke's cameo in the trailer was short, and I saw it coming. Who is really lying are those displaying the movie in Japan by advertisting it with other characters who play short roles that may seem insignificant compared to the main story of this movie. However, from the reviews I've seen the small roles that Kakashi/Sasuke get (Kakashi has 5 minutes though) are perfect for their characters and provide just enough for fans to enjoy them without the love ruining the aspect of the characters core.

Ehh well can't wait to see it doe...

Any movie without pairings would of gotten good reviews. Most Naruto movies barely got voted down like this until they finally involved relationships.

From what I herd Sasuke is playing the exact role he is ment to play in this movie. A man who fights within the shadows. Therefore lack of screen time will actually be good for his character.

Just think about it this way. Lack of Sasuke is actually a good thing in this movie since he will get to play his role to perfection. Kakashi does play a role, but more on the upper side. He will never get to fight in this movie but he will be the first to notice many things. Also his self belief will show. His role is taken by Shikamaru in this movie and Sasuke's team seven role is taken by Sai. Should be interesting to see how well these characters developed.

Well, SP shouldn't have given false advertisement of Kakashi and Sasuke, they are presented as the main cast, but they appear for 5 minutes in a 110 minutes movie. They increased my hopes, specially for Sasuke. At least his short apparition will be badass, since he will destroy a meteor with a single blow and then leave to the shadows again like the Batman. It seems that Sakura and Shikamaru will have a nice role in this movie, can't wait to see them.

I'll wait to judge it, people are saying that it's a bad movie and all, but let's see.

Well I am not surprised since it was clear from the beginning what this movie was about. Anyone that expected a major role from these guys was fooling them selves. None the less I am still happy that Shikmaru and Sai still get to play a role in this movie. Kakashi is a hokage so he will not do much other than what hes supposed to do. The other things your saying go well with a Sasuke story not Naruto's.
