It still doesn't justify why people would rate a movie so LOW because they didn't get to see something in a movie that paralled around a relationship of Naruto and a side character who barely gets screen-time, Hinata.

Kakashi/Sasuke fans or better yet the characters were shown to have limited time, but each time they came on it was 10/10 and fit their role in this shounen love story. I don't know why they would want to see more of their favorite characters in a movie that revolves around how these two "fell in love".

Because I saw the pics and the hype which SP did in Japan and they wanked Sasuke MORE than Hinata in advertisements.Even for a love story he was advertised MORE than Hinata.Those guys spent MORE time designing marketing posters and promos for him than they did on him in the actual movie itself which is hilarious Lol

SS fans and those who got scammed. Still doesn't justify the hate part of the movie, as 99% of the reviews which expressed the whole movie as a WHOLE instead of pointing out flaws such as: Blah blah wasn't there

Gave it a solid, and moderate B+

But it was said that will cover the period from 699-700....

It covered only NH...

We don't know what happened to Taka?Oro,Kabuto etc etc....

Mostly because those characters wouldn't impact the last story as a full because Kishimoto had to BS pairings at the endi without showing full development, as there was probably no time for him to interact NarutoHinata/SasukeSakura
With the training, itachi arc, akatsuki, war, so forth

No one should vote 1 for a movie they haven't seen, nor should butthut fans try to destroy the image of a movie that isn't terrible to the core.

How do we know that there would be no impact?

Why didn't we see more of Sasuke?

Sasuke freaking got neged by Hinata in this movie...

So much hype about him and he was there a minute...

Do you not understand the point of this movie (no offense).
Naruto is the main character, concluding side characters no matter of their importance will never come first before Naruto.
Who does Naruto end up with? Hinata.
Does Naruto get a family? Yes
Therefore they have to explain the main characters' progressive love, meaning team Taka wouldn't matter in this movie, I mean they are Sasuke's story. So why would they?

Sasuke is irrelevent in this movie, and them showcasing him in there was just purely fanservice. He has no reason to be in a NaruHina or romance movie because it just doesn't fit his character. Come on I don't have to explain this stuff, it's pretty much common sense.

Im not hating on the movie but they said it will cover 699-700 period which it didn't...
So a hour long movie just to see NH happening?

Im so happy he got a wife and kids but mate whole movie just to see how they got together...

That's the reason why is the rating low...I think it's below 3 in Japan...

I can't wait to see the movie but SP lied to ppl...

So much hype on Sasuke but he only got 1 minute...

And why is Sasuke irrevelant? They could have made SS too...

It only covered the pairings which were important to 699 - 700 because they were the only things we haven't seen. Sadly, Kishimoto didn't even involve Orochimaru/Team Taka in the final chapters, therefore he never ment for them to be in the movie sadly.

True we all watch Naruto for action but this has to be done to fill the gap, sadly, we gotta blame Kishi for making undeveloped relationships all around. Can't blame him because of the plot though, realistically there was no time for relationships. That's why love that was created - Kushina/Minato - was beautiful because Kishimoto didn't have time to ruin it with the Ninja-style theme.

The ratings are coming from butthurt fans as the reviews (I might've said this at least 50 times now) have given it moderate reviews, meaning it's GREAT, but it's not PERFECT. Basically it could be better, but it should be an enjoyable film for all of us who enjoy Naruto for Naruto, adding the pairings and seeing our MC happy for once after all these chapters of chasing Sasuke.

SP didn't lie entirely as Sasuke's cameo in the trailer was short, and I saw it coming. Who is really lying are those displaying the movie in Japan by advertisting it with other characters who play short roles that may seem insignificant compared to the main story of this movie. However, from the reviews I've seen the small roles that Kakashi/Sasuke get (Kakashi has 5 minutes though) are perfect for their characters and provide just enough for fans to enjoy them without the love ruining the aspect of the characters core.
