Sasuke is the better allround shinobi, his shinobi skills are all off the charts. Naruto is highly specialised, but in my opinion he's also the more powerful, and resourceful of the two.

Actually he uses his katana against Kabuto(or it is uses by both him and Itachi x) )

But looking at a who could do a random Shinobi mission that dosnt require too blow the hole countryside up everytime.. id go with sasuke.. he seems too be more shinobi all-around (except the love for the village( and hole other story there)) thouge Naruto seems more raw Power at the moment.

Sasuke is smarter and more versatile. Him fighting looks better, better strategist.
Naruto is way stronger, good skills, better person in general.

So both equal, depending on your preferences.

Sasuke more stealth, intellgence, and knows the meaning of ninja. Ninjas kill whoever they are suppose to not try to be friends with the person they were sent to kill. Naruto likes to talk and be friends Aint nobody got time for that. Lol sasuke is the better ninja/shinobi

Sasuke's base ninja skills are on another level. His intelligence, breaking apart an enemies strategy to small chunks and using it against them to turn the tables, his speed, his deftness with sword, plathora of ninjutsu skills - Raiton and Katon techniques -, Taijustu are clearly far above Naruto if you put him at base level. Take away Naruto's kurama and Sasuke's EMS and MS, and Sasuke is still tiers above Naruto.

Since both of them have received much power ups at this point, I will only count base levels. If I count them with their power ups, then Sasuke is still a much smarter ninja. There really is no comparison.
