Viz didn't translate that. You can't even prove they did, youre just yapping it. When those get translated the entire thing gets translated. There are Japanese symbols in it still.
To top it off, Viz has absolutely nothing to do with, one piece. Shonen jump translates them. Try your lie with sone one who doesn't know anything about one piece. Both of these are fail translations. When I read shonen jump it said "it's not our place to get in the way of that mans destiny". It's also said the same way in the eng dub of the anime, get your facts straight. An amateur translated these.

Sengoku even told garp to capture luffy. If he was any serious he would have sent akainu.

And the world government may want him dead but it does not matter. Sengoku is the supreme marine authority. World government does all its dirty work through Cipher pol.
The manga does not state what the next course of action would be if they captured Luffy alive. Yes, he may die in the battle itself instead of being caught (And the marine + WG would prefer this) but if he was captured alive what will the government do is pure speculation so stop referring to what you say as FACT dumbass.
