1. Third was strong but not stronger than shodaime.
2. when shodaime was using his wood element jutsu on third, an anbu said this was the jutsu that created konoha. So, that means he must be strong and must have a huge amount of chakra.
3. Madara said that "shodaime was the shinobi i admire the most, he was the most powerful"
Plus madara lost against shodaime. If third was to fight against Madara i dont think third would have won..

after seeing the 8tails take on a sharingan user so well, i'm not sure i could say that the first was the strongest hokage, but the fact he could tame the 9 tails and not die doing it... that is incredible... the 4th's flying thunder god technique was awesome but i think the first could take him....

I have two questions:
1. Who was the strongest hokage?
2. Who was the youngest to become hokage?
I am too curious about these questions

For 1st question i think its between 1st and 4th hokage
and for second, its the same.
i think first hokage was the strongest because he could control bijuus but kakashi :kakashi:always say that 4th hokage was awesome and i somewhere read that 4th hokage was the strongest in ninja history though i doubt it..
for 2nd question, i am still confused between first and 4th.. i think it was 4th who was the youngest to become hokage..DUNNO
Answers with explanation please!

1. Stongest Hokage hmm I don't think its possible to answer that question. All of Konohas past and present Hokages are strong and unique in there own way. Even lady Tsunade with out her healing abilities Konoha would've been worse.
2. As for the youngest to become Hokage, I think it's the 4th. I remember him leaving his squad in Kakashi Gaiden, because Kakashi became a Jounin at a young age and started leading his squad. :kakashi:
