That's spectulations on your part. The manga actually show Sasuke being apart of Akatsuki which is considered an international criminal organization and was told that they planned to use the Bijuus as weapons

None of the villages had any reason to attack each other until Sasuke attacked Bee; at that time A would have fought anyone to get his revenge but even then he simply asked permission to kill Sasuke. So Obito capturing Bijuus in order to place them in IT is the 5 villages bringing it upon themselves? The past wars were just that, actions of the past. Gaara, who is a member of the younger generation even said he didn't have time for their old ways.

Tsunade wasn't Hokage when the wars happened or when Danzo had Itachi kill the Uchiha; in fact she shown to be more interested in seeking peace with allies as shown when she sent one of her best teams to go aid Suna the moment they asked for help. Chiyo even showed surprised by this because she thought Konoha would either not help or send useless ninjas (from not caring). During the War, all Kages started to believe in Naruto, had Obito not wage war then Naruto could have probably won over the Kages in time with or without Gaara backing him up.

Naruto doesn't really even had to change the Kages but the people in his generation, he changed Gaara who went on to become one of the best and wisest Kage Suna had. Naruto friended Bee who is well liked in the cloud village. Also even if there were a war between villages; it wouldn't put the entire world in danger as Akatsuki did; smaller village would receive damages but Naruto knows this from Nagato and would try to prevent this.

Do you even understand Sasuke's plan? He was gonna pull a lelouch move. Kill the leaders, be the villain in the shadow and only step out to kill anybody harm other shinobis.

In other words, there was gonna be 5 new kages. All 5 kages are gonna live together in peace like in Naruto's version. If one of those new 5 kages bring ill intent to the world, Sasuke will step in and kill that kage. Then go back in the shadow. Nobody wasn't gonna lose freedom. only the 5 current kages at the time would be dead.

Naruto knew how destructive FRS was but it was only about 50% completed so it only killed 2 of Kakuza 3 hearts. Naruto will kill if he needs too but he doesn't need to always kill; he's a strong enough person to not kill. Sasuke also said he overlooked things and thinks he can now see them now that he's not in the darkness anymore

No matter how you look at it..People are listening to him for one of the following reason. 1. they like him. 2. they don't want to be killed or be on his bad side. Naruto will not allow a criminal to be executed no matter what the crime is unless it is the only way to stop that criminal. Naruto is about all about enduring. Shit how you not see that! What you're saying is defeating the purpose of Naruto. Naruto wants EVERYBODY to work together. You can see that with Kabuto. He didn't prisoned Kabuto. Kabuto is the finest example of what kind of Hokage Naruto is. So advisors, the fire feudal lord, and the council can't tell him no if Naruto want to do something stupid. If you read the NV history, you will see the first war broke out after the 1st hokage's death. When he was alive, no other nations wanted to wage wars. Because they knew they will ended up dead like Madara. It was only after Hashi's death, the first ninja war took place in a heart beat.

3. Weeks ago, I tried to prove that Naruto did try to kill Kakuza...But nartuo's top lawyers said no! Then after 2 pages of arguments, we agreed that Plot never allowed Naruto to get his hands dirty. Plot made sure that it was always somebody else doing the dirty work to keep naruto's hands clean. You should know that better than anyone else. Kishi never allowed Naruto to get blood on his hands. That is one of the major reason why a lot people don't like the character Naruto. Just can't like a hero, who never had blood on their hands.
