I loved him as a villain. Him attacking the 5 Kage summit and killing Danzo are his biggest highlights for me as a character. Sure he didn't accomplish his goal all the way, the Kages lived, but I loved the idgaf attitude.

He still has a bit of darkness around him now, but it's nowhere near what it was when he was in Akatsuki.

I doubt anyone could stop sasuke if he was as ruthless as he was back then. Dude, was like a tank.

That was jugo's cells and indra's hatred driving him though.
He and Naruto still aren't fully powered yet either.
If he turns back then all hell breaks loose.

The series is called "Sasuke Uchiha’s Sharingan Legend" coming soon in October.

The description for it is "Sasuke Uchiha is the last wielder of the sharingan eye. Always cool, he unknowingly has a humorous side to him".

Made by the same people who made Naruto SD for Rock Lee. It's just a parody that will probably embarass him throughout for comedic factors. U_U

I actually kind like him more now. He's not an extremist, mentally unstable nut but he's still kinda sketchy and hard to get a complete read on. He isn't evil but he isn't some goody-2-shoes either.

I'm glad he's not 'evil' anymore, it would of just lead to Naruto TnJ'ing him which would be BS and cliche. Even if we say Hashirama "TnJ'd" him, which he didn't, he still fits the role far better.

At the end of the day Hashirama was not using TnJ. Hashirama told him a story - that's all. He wasn't trying to convince him to change sides or stating the errors of his ways or 'wake up' like Naruto did in the past [TnJ attempts] - he simply told him a story, that's not TnJ. Sasuke made the decision on his own.

Something people tend to ignore is the whole interaction with Itachi throughout the Kabuto fight. If anyone is the reason for Sasuke's change it's Itachi, and if it should of been anyone besides himself, it should be Itachi. It's because of those interactions that he had mixed thoughts in the first place, to know the answers to his questions... otherwise he would of just said '**** it' and continue on with his plan to burn Konoha to the ground. Sasuke's decision didn't just come out of nowhere, Itachi set him on the path back to redemption several chapters before - Naruto fapboys ignore this because they wanted Naruto to TnJ him.

Nah. Naruto fans included wanted him to be tnj'd by Itachi. Pretty much everyone in the fandom did, that's his older brother and his most important connection, afterall.

People just didn't like it because Sasuke didn't change his mind immediately after his interaction with Itachi, and even while it was going on stated that he'd destroy Konoha no matter what happened. Naturally, we all know that Sasuke's main influence was Itachi, because he thought of him as the Hokages were speaking. However, many were bothered by the fact that Sasuke changed his mind after Hashirama just told him a story of how he and Madara first met. That was a little off, to be fair there. It's not as if he had any strong connection, or a connection at all with the Hokages.

Let me put it this way. If Itachi really was the one to save Sasuke. Than why did Itachi trust Naruto with the job to do it?

Because, Itachi is a character who even in death and right before passing didn't recognize his influence in Sasuke's life. He actually thinks that Sasuke cares more about Naruto than him. He also thinks they have a better bond. When Sasuke initially asked for the truth, Itachi stated "I'm not the one who can change you now". He knew Sasuke wasn't following his wishes, so he didn't think Sasuke would change his mind if he saw it...Sasuke had already heard the truth.

Sasuke changed his mind after Itachi told him that he would always love him no matter what his path would be. That caused Sasuke to question his own motives- what really is the best path? Itachi wasn't around for that. He's in the afterlife right now without a clue about whether Sasuke continued his path or not.

It's also a factor of both of them. As his brother, Itachi caused him to change his mind and Hashirama as the village founder factored in a little. Now, Naruto has to take it home as his best friend and the main character of the series. Sasuke will join Naruto's side legitimately and they'll be on good terms by the time the series is over.

I admit, I was happy when he turned good, and he and Naruto becoming allies without violence better fits the message of the series, but, I really did prefer him more as a villain. Other than (anime) Obito, he was one of the few that seemed realistically insane (not an unrealistic Joker-type like Orochimaru), and I feel he was just overall more entertaining to watch, his more delusional moments were fun, and him acting like a cold jerk was more justifiable. What do you think?

Yeah I preferred Sasuke as a villain. He actually brought a sense of danger at times. Plus the overall manga was far better back then. But then he changed thanks to Hashirama. But I think that was a good move as it showed us how legendary Hashirama was-not only powerwise; but in his ability to understand others through kindness! Besides I don't think Sasuke is fully good yet. He's like a rouge anti hero is his present state.(whereas before he was a straight up villain)

How do you feel Naruto will take it home from here? Do you feel there is still a chance of a fight on the cards?

I like him more as an anti-hero before the whole Uchiha Massacre thing. Got shit done with little casualties to achieve his goal.
