Tobirama explains it all.
Look at how easy Obito got roped into to murder and starting a world war. All for a girl that never told him she even liked him.
Crazy is in the Uchiha gene.

Idk i feel both of there hatred is valid. They both come from a different era and they both hated one another.
I dont feel like Tobirama was a bad guy. He only hated the Uchiha because of that era he lived in. (Not everyone is forgiving)
Madara is by far worse because he targeted everyone.

He has created Edo Tensei to use Gojo Kibaku Fuda , it's not his sin if Orochimaru or Kabuto use this jutsu to reanimate powerful shinobi for their interest.
Ortherwise Kakashi would be guilty to have created Raikiri and Chidori because this jutsu can potentially to be used by bad shinobi.

Kakashi has lost Obito and Rin , Kakashi is he become a bad shinobi ? NO !
Naruto has lost his parents and his master , is he become a bad shinobi ? NO !
Shika - Ino - Cho have lost Asuma and their parents , are they become bad shinobi ? NO !
Iruka has lost his parents during Kyuubi Attack , is he become full of hate against Naruto ? NO !
Hiruzen has lost his wife during Tobi attack , is he become full of hate ? NO !
Madara has lost Izuna and his other brother , is he become a bad shinobi ? YES !

I say mads, on the surface tobirama seems prejudice but in reality he never really said anything that untrue and completely bash the uchiha, he simply had an understanding of how their power worked and had legit concerns about the village based on the way they where. He even thought putting them as the police force was a GOOD idea
Madara easily, he caused far much destruction for his selfish goals. Tobirama just made the already present rift between uchiha and senju bigger by treating the uchiha like they were guilty of something, despite future events.

Actually this rant up there was something to explain how Tobirama had prejudice towards the Uchiha. I didn't intend to justify Madara's actions. But even if I tried to, Tobirama doesn't stop being the prejudiced person he is, just as Izuna were.
