Idk i feel both of there hatred is valid. They both come from a different era and they both hated one another.

I dont feel like Tobirama was a bad guy. He only hated the Uchiha because of that era he lived in. (Not everyone is forgiving)

I say mads, on the surface tobirama seems prejudice but in reality he never really said anything that untrue and completely bash the uchiha, he simply had an understanding of how their power worked and had legit concerns about the village based on the way they where.
