Before I start I like to say credit goes to 万物流転 for getting this idea. I like to know the members opinion who are the strongest without any borrowed powers.

Those who have KKG, KKT, KKM, bloodline limit are considered not borrowed powers. Those who gets powers from stealing like Kabuto are borrowed powers, Kukazu who steals hearts, Jinchuuriki users except Gaara who lost Shukaku so its his own powers.

Sage mode isn't considered borrow powers.

Those who lost their borrowed powers are allowed to be listed here.

Madara

Madara actually took his brother's eyes cause it's his after izuna's death. The eyes technically belong to madara. He stole hashirama's power after a death battle. It's not like hashirama just appeared to him and gave him power (like some others). He had to wait decades before the power even manifested. After it manifested he made all his plans to get more power. At the end he fought nine bijuus and defeated them all and took their power.

I think madara never had borrowed power in the real sense. He struggled for every power he got, and took the power by force from his opponent (except izuna who was already dead) and they could do nothing to stop him.

I consider those born with KKG the same some people are more talented in one area than other. I don't think having KKG is borrowed, but I like your opinion

Hmm everyone is born with chakra, the only thing is before Kaguya no one knew how to use chakra to do ninjutsu, Hagoromo taught how to do Ninshuu and Black Zetsu manipulating help people use chakra for Ninjutsu and enhance their own power.

Hashirama is the most powerful over all. 8 Gates Guy has the strongest destructive power for like 5 minutes.

Itachi/Minato are up there, but they're a tier below Hashirama.
