Who is the WORST Naruto character?

when it comes to actual ninja that are non-filler. i would say Ino. she is completely useless as a character. her mind transfer sucks balls and her medical ninjutsu sakura trained her sucks balls too. she has nothing.

famous ones, hope it doesn't turn out that all are... well, stupid... (xD)
(I divide them in two categories - bad design, and bad written parts and dub
(you know, what they say and how the japanese actors say it))

as I write this, I begin to wonder - What's the difference between the characters's psychology,
is there even such? Are they simply used by Kishimoto
so that in the end we're listening to one man, speaking through
10-20 characters??
example - What's the difference between Kakashi's psychology,
compared to, let's say (ex.) Yamato?, or Tsunade?! Or Sai?, or... etc?? There's none!, only some minor habits and character design!!
There are some differences in thinking only in 3-4 characters, the other
are either bad or good, which defines their thinking!
Ok, not to get boring, my Worst (shipuuden) design ranking -

Holding a ... Pig.... perhaps is her best moment in her eyes? Overall, she always asks the stupid questions, besides Hinata, and mostly is (ab)used
as the person Tsunade expresses her anger at... And she's dubbed by the same Japanese women, as Naruto!!

All of them!!! Starting from Yuukimaru and Guren, passing Sora, and getting to the sound ninja five, all of them are fast made!! Grrr
ok. How can you ruin her great inside outfit with that dead green/red bathing coat
and again those REALLY BAD shoes!?

(Lee might be a good green scuba-diver though... And you
won't see his face, eyebrows and hairstyle below his scuba-mask!

i dont like danzo face and i dont like shuizne she just an extra character she should not be in the anime and third is kabuto his evil experssion ewwww i just hate him
