Well, asides from all the filler/movie characters, probably every single female character in Naruto.

No, seriously, they all suck. Big time.

when it comes to actual ninja that are non-filler. i would say Ino. she is completely useless as a character. her mind transfer sucks balls and her medical ninjutsu sakura trained her sucks balls too. she has nothing.

What the hell is her character even doing in the series?
Holding a ... Pig.... perhaps is her best moment in her eyes? Overall, she always asks the stupid questions, besides Hinata, and mostly is (ab)used
as the person Tsunade expresses her anger at... And she's dubbed by the same Japanese women, as Naruto!!

as I write this, I begin to wonder - What's the difference between the characters's psychology,
is there even such? Are they simply used by Kishimoto
so that in the end we're listening to one man, speaking through
10-20 characters??
example - What's the difference between Kakashi's psychology,
compared to, let's say (ex.) Yamato?, or Tsunade?! Or Sai?, or... etc?? There's none!, only some minor habits and character design!!
There are some differences in thinking only in 3-4 characters, the other
are either bad or good, which defines their thinking!
