Who is the WORST Naruto character?

most of the girls suck but I hate Sakura, Ino & Tenten there all useless at one time but Ino & Tenten are still useless

I think for the girls, Ino sucks big time...I think ten-ten comes in close second...
For the guys, it would be Chouji..no doubt ..
