Kisame needs to do a Water Dome to use GSB. By the time that happens, PS is stabilized and Madara can kill Kisame with a PS Slash. Madara's Katons are absolutely huge by the way, so he can negate most of Kisame's Suiton.

Kisame is a living thing. Samehada is a living thing. When two living things touch, or fuse, their chakra gets mixed or some shit. It breaks them out of genjutsu.
