Kisame has no chance against madara. For starters kisame hasnt shown resistance to genjutsu and PS (CS) is basically op in this situation.

Precisely. Even if the fight was blood lusted, the PS takes time to stabalize. Kisame is fully capable of firing off his GSB before Madara gets the chance to stabalizes his PS.

Kisame needs to do a Water Dome to use GSB. By the time that happens, PS is stabilized and Madara can kill Kisame with a PS Slash. Madara's Katons are absolutely huge by the way, so he can negate most of Kisame's Suiton.
