I will emphasize on what a member above stated:

Slug > Snake:

Orochmaru really has nothing to overpower Tsunade , Tsunade can literally tank and over power anything Orochimaru had shown. Sorry, but as a big fan of Whitebeard, I really hate when people underestimate brute strength, which can change the whole layout, and whats funny is everything for them is weirdly on restricted to "punches and kicks" by the fans. But in reality they can use their enviorment the best.

Frog> Slug:

Sage Mode. Overpowering Jiraiya's sage mode is going to be a big problem for the Tsunade, because of Genjutsu involved, so Jiraiya is superior to her in this way.

Snake > Frog:

Well apparently they had already fought before and Orochimaru won.


Conclusion, from what I have read, I can analyze that the main person of the 3 sanin was Tsunade. Basically how Naruto was the main person of the team 7. And Hiruzen from his team and so on.

1) He didn't beat him. He tried to suicide seal him since he was already being killed, but that didn't work. Oro was far from defeated.
2) Since when? I don't remember that, unless current sasuke can hold off 4 hokage? Oro already said he just admires the kid because he chose his own path and w.e other deep rooted reasons oro has. After all, we learnt he never attacked konoha on a whim. Oro only said he'd follow sasuke along with what he'd do. Sasuke can't touch a healthy oro for shit lul
3) Oro tried to take over itachi's body (aka his body was necrosing making him weaker), Itachi ended up doing the same thing sasuke did and sharingan genjutsu'd him. Orochimaru (healthy) Wouldn't lose to itachi just off a genjutsu. Not even tsukuyomi, genjutsu... Oro has a 5 in genjutsu

Just out of curiosity, why does everybody say Oro is immortal? This has never been stated in manga, has it? In fact, I do believe Oro admitted even he would not have survived the Naruto four tail TBB.

Back on topic. I do believe Oro is the most powerful due to his wide knowledge of jutsu, plus his resistance to damage. J-man comes in second due to his sage mode and toad summons.

Firstly, i'm the only battosai here, capiche?
Secondly, It's not really being immortal per say. But the fact that he's able to come back from everything.
His snake body survives dismemberment.
Oral rebirth survives massive damage.
His curse seals act as hocrauxes and allow him to be revived (he has a ton of them all over the place).
He switches bodies to extend his lifespan.

Though he can probably die from a really heavy attack (if it hits), he just seems unkillable due to his abilities and his defences (rashoumon for example).

Well all I have to say is, let's see Orochimaru defeat Pain/Nagato and Madara...

I would say without Edo Tensei, Tsunade as she has very good healing Jutsu that will allow her to tank most things.

Edit: There's more points but I'm not going to go into detail.

Jiraiya and Tsunade didn't defeat Pein/Madara either, and both of them had both of them had help. Oro held both of them off without arms.

yup dude itachi age 13 Itachi had become a captain in the special ANBU squad, wipe out his clan with madara, left the village and accept the mission being spy in akatsuki..
