i know that Jiraiya is the coolest sannin , and Tsunade is the strongest in raw power, but orochimaru seem just cant die..
but i still can't decide who is the most powerful..
your opinion basser who is the most badass, with their jutsu and their fighting style

currently Orochimaru. Without the current : Tsunade or Jiraiya for the first spot, and Orochimaru for the second.

But currently :

1. Orochimaru
2. Tsunade
3. Jiraiya.

Also, Orochimaru can be defeated. He only came back due to Sasuke.

It seems pretty logical to think that way.

Well all I have to say is, let's see Orochimaru defeat Pain/Nagato and Madara...

I would say without Edo Tensei, Tsunade as she has very good healing Jutsu that will allow her to tank most things.

i know orochimaru can't die, but he lost to hiruzen, can't contain sasuke, and even lost to 13 years old itachi..

If they're allowed their entire arsenals then its unqestionably Orochimaru. If you restrict Edo Tensei then it's pretty close between Oro and Jiriaya. I myself would lean towards J-Man in that scenario.

1. He won against Hiruzen. Ever hear the term "winning the battle but not the war"? That literally applies to Orochimaru with that fight. Besides, he was toying with Hiruzen.
