Who is the most skilled with MS/EMS

With out senju or rikudo DNA/chakra itachi is the best with ms and madara ems. Simple.

Obito has half senju which allows the spam of kamui
Kakahi had rikudo to help his ms susannoo
Shisu can only use koto once every decade
Sasuke was and idiot with ms, and needed naruto's chakra with ems

Itachi never had any hand outs ever! Madara was the same before he went power crazy for hashi DNA

His Susanoo has Totsuka-No-Tsurugi, but rarely uses. (Sealed Orochi-copy).

Kamui, much like the rest of MS abilities which are completely broken is the most broken. What's more Obito used Kamui way more than Itachi that it's blind cost is very close to zero, and had only one eye. He also can't be hit, except by Kakashi who had the other eye, and Naruto somehow in that one chapter.

Shisui got wrecked by non-MS!Danzo and his root slave ninja so that's a no. Sasuke got completely owned by Alive!Non-jinchuuriki!EMS Madara so no, as he was quickly going blind after against Danzo which was almost a draw because of Karin.

Madara has best reaction time and overall abilities, but would lose to Itachi because he has TNT, which was likely why Kishi killed off immortal, healthy Itachi because he would beat Madara prematurely leading to subtier plot later.

Because the guy was completely blind, sicker than an AIDs patient and still throwing Genjutsu at everyone at the same time from Zetsu to Obito while fighting Sasuke.

Side note:
Why don't edo tensei EMS or MS users spam Izanagi? I mean, they can't go blind because they body is dead... Another plot hole from Kishimoto, after all Nagato got back his eyes even though Tobi-dara plucked them out after (presumably) killing Konan. Really, Itachi wouldn't waste that kind of opportunity even giving Sasuke his EMS powers.

In terms of skill that would have to go to Sasuke. In terms of raw power that would go to Madara. In terms of hax that goes to obito. In terms of effectiveness that goes to Itachi.

Yagura's relationship with his Bijuu was compared to Killer Bee's who has a very intimate relationship with the Hachibi.

So, Obito solo neg-diffed Yagura and his Bijuu. It's as simple as that.

Danzo never compared Yagura to Bee, he listed 4 people who could control tailed beasts. Yagura having control over the Ichibi =/= they operated as a two man team, which is how a perfect jin escapes genjutsu.

Once the jinchūriki are ongood terms with their tailed beasts, they can act as partners in battle. This advantage allows the jinchūriki to counteract genjutsu without requiring another person to be present, as the tailed beasts can disturb their jinchūriki's chakra flow to break the genjutsu.

Once Bee is caught in Genjutsu, Hachibi is the one that snaps him out of it because it willingly chooses to; in other words, Bee can't force Hachibi to break him out at this point, it does so because of their relationship.

then pls explain how did Toneri put Naruto(perfect jin with good relationship with kurama) in a genjutsu and why Naruto needed Sakura to break the genjutsu?

I haven't watched the movie and I recall Indra saying Kishimoto was only involved in the character designs, not the story. Nevertheless, are we comparing rikudou enhanced otsutsuki to ms obito now?
