Im thinking Sasuke because he's very versatile with enton
-Enton spike shield
-Enton sword
-Susanoo enton sword, arrows, enton yasaka magatama
-Can wrap his sword in enton to increase cutting potiental etc.

Obito's isn't skill, he even said it naturally happens even without him controlling it. I'd say either Sasuke with Enton or Kakashi with his Kamui variant

Wow you have no idea what you are talking about. This is a thread about MS AND EMS JUTSU. Not Sharingan Genjutsu. Obito has his variant of Kamui that he stated activates itself when he is in danger. This is perfectly shown when he gets trapped under the rubble of the bridge. Madara said his body fazed through the rocks. So next time read the thread before you quote me saying I was wrong

I think Kakashi honestly, he made PS right off the bat and starting pulling off
tons of Kamui related stunts.

Itachi was only really good at controlling the time of his genjustu, though
he admitted Sasuke was better with ama than him.

Madara, well there's not much on him but his huge PS, which could just be the ability of his MS, aside
from him being able to use Kamui well on his first attempt. Don't know if his susanoo clones count,
because if I remember correctly they were wood clones originally.

Shisui, never was anything much on his usage aside from his unique ability.

And lastly Obito himself stated his Kamui is automatic and it is shown to be when he
attempted to grab a dead Rin, which is the major thing he does with his MS, as the
only thing I recall him doing that isn't automatic is sucking in objects or throwing them out and spiraling katon.

Yagura's tailed beast has to break him out the genjutsu just like Ichibi breaks Bee from Genjutsu. The fact that Yagura wasn't broken out of the genjutsu simply means the tailed beast chose not to do it, probably because it didn't have the type of relationship Bee and Naruto do with their beasts.

Can't really say Sasuke just spam when Obito does it to if not more than Sasuke. Itachi probably spams Tsukuyomi since he don't like fighting. All in all the most skillful MS/EMS user is/are/was Sasuke Madara and Itachi(not in order).

Obito didnot have MS when boulders crushed him. He didnot have kamui at that time.
And his Kamui is not automatic. He has to control it to a certain degree otherwise this would never happened.

With out senju or rikudo DNA/chakra itachi is the best with ms and madara ems. Simple.

Obito has half senju which allows the spam of kamui
Kakahi had rikudo to help his ms susannoo
Shisu can only use koto once every decade
Sasuke was and idiot with ms, and needed naruto's chakra with ems

Itachi never had any hand outs ever! Madara was the same before he went power crazy for hashi DNA

Yagura's relationship with his Bijuu was compared to Killer Bee's who has a very intimate relationship with the Hachibi.

So, Obito solo neg-diffed Yagura and his Bijuu. It's as simple as that.
