That isn't a fight ,that is just a question ,who is faster out of these two ,7th gate gai or SM Naruto who cut the tree down ,considering thier feats against JJ Madara (feats only)
What is SM Naruto healing feats that makes him heal even if he took multiple punches at his face from 7th gate Gai ,or if he took hiudora directly at his face ?

He can take a guard against those blows thus lowering the damage of that strikes. And he has many healing feats, not just RSM but overall. He has good endurance as well so he won't get hurt like a regular shinobi either.
The Naruto who cut the Shinju>7th Gate Gai in speed. He'd probably lose in a Taijutsu fight though since Gai can use Hirudora, and he's not durable enough to tank it, nor is he fast enough to evade if used point blank.

He has good reaction time. That reflexes due to SM got to the whole new level with Rikudou chakra as we seen he dodged Limbo like nothing so he should be able to take a guard before the blow lands. He would be fazed and take a beating but he should heal up. Madara managed to tank an evening elephant but he started to get up afterwards after freezing for some time. Madara and Naruto have more or less same durability except Madara's healing abilities are way better. My point is Naruto ends up like this scan after a Hirudora.

But he would get up in the end, it wouldn't be enough to end him and Gai can't keep it up much longer.

And here Madara takes a guard before Gai hits him with Evening Elephant which is faster than Hirudora. Naruto showed many reflex feats he should be able to take a guard before getting hit.
Edit: Sorry I thought you were talking about Rikudou cloaked Naruto. Withot cloak he can still live through one Hirudora but his healing would be way slower and Gai finishes him off before healing.

What the hell are you taking about? He blocked naruto's punch like how he blocked gai's ,but the difference is that ,gai inhuman movements forced madara to keep stepping back and blocking without even having a time to counter attack except for the instant when gai stopped punching to perform hiudora
From madara's expression , reaction and manga's portration for both ,gai was way faster
See ,madara just felt gai when he was just about to punch him

While madara saw naruto coming easily ,brought his TSB ball ,formed it to a stick and blocked

Not to mention that ,JJ madara who faced 7th gate gai was healthy and standing up ,while the one who faced naruto was quite weakened and sitting on the ground
