Why did I order them like this you ask?
1. Naruto made excellent use of his new rikudou sage mode combining it with his bijuu mode and even used the gudoudama to enhance his rasenshuriken. He also made great use in his new ability to fly in the fight against kaguya.
2. Obito also was very versatile in the use of the gudoudama and made well use of his jinchuriki abilities
3. Madara barely did anything as the jj besides more rinnegan tech and the sharrinegan. Not much changed besides his rinnegan abilities being enhanced.
