Who had most char development out of K11 [excluding Team 7)

At least when TenTen gets neglected story-wise, you can rationalize it by arguing that she's so terrible. But Shino is strong, damnit! He's a useful combatant, he comes from an interesting clan, he wins almost all of his battles....yet he gets less plot development than friggin Shizune! I feel like even Udon gets more plot development than Shino.

Nah, just ****in' with ya. I'd say Shikamaru, then Choji. Team Asuma gets a ton of development, whereas the male members of Team Kurenai get completely shafted.

Only Kiba is completely shafted. He remains as boastful as always. Shino at least has some developed in that compared to earlier in the series where he tends to not react much, he's now more prone to showing emotion and attempting to interact with others.

Remember that the first thing Shino did when first appearing in Shippuden was greet Naruto, taking the time to speak to others for no reason than to be friendly is something he never did in part one.
