Team 10 is basically the only K11 team that got proper side character development.

I say lee and team 10 developed most not so much team 8 development kiba actually back tracked kind of which sucks cause I think kiba rocks

Ino, Shikamaru, and Choji all developed evenly but I think Hinata developed the most.

I'd place Shikamaru above Choji and Ino. Ino and Choji developed, but it happened more off panel.

We see Shikamaru's moments. Starting off lazy, but ends up stopping Sound Ninja during part I. Taking the lead in the Sasuke retrieval arc. After the mission never wanting to fail to lead like that again. We see his broken spirit during Asuma's death, but we see him bounce back. Now with the war we've seen him growing into a full fledged leader who isn't taking the lazy way out.


Choji we see as a food muncher and a bit on the nice guy side. Then we see him fight it up with Jirobo during the Sasuke arc. He finally gets his major development facing Asuma during the war... activating his wings.

Ino's development mostly comes with the war. Encouraging Choji and Shikamaru when fighting Asuma. Then with her father's death, and general relay of intel during the current arc.

The key is Shikamaru has had plenty more scenes of development, KEY moment being Asuma's funeral. Compared to the other two he's seen throwing a tantrum over his loss, and is the one who skips the funeral.

Obviously it's the boobs lol hinata hasn't had much development since the start of shippuden we saw she was capable of being brave in the chunin exams and that's about it
