Not everyone know Sasuke is evil but Konoha 11 so fail, and he totally has what it takes because he filled Itachi's quotes perfectly and saved everyone at this point more than once if you count the ppl he actually killed. Sasuke was a hero in the darkness he was never going to destroy the village because he would have long ago.

I'm not even an Itachi fanboy, but I would vote for him. He seemed way to wise, he showed he was more than willing to make extremely difficult decisions for the sake of the village, he sacrificed himself for the sake of the village, and that was all when he was barely a pre-teen. And, he was powerful and respected enough to keep the village relatively safe. Plus intelligence that was supposed to be near Shikamarus..I don't think there is anyone else who is all around as great a fit as him. He seemed to be tailor made for Hokage, if it wasn't for stupid Danzo.

I agree with this wholeheartedly. It's almost as if Itachi was the Hokage watching over the village from the shadows.

Itachi...imo he was the best candidate. He was already thinking at Hokage level at the age of seven. I believe he should have been chosen even over Minato, and Oro. Just my opinion no more, no less. I just feel he'd have made an uncannily exceptional Hokage.

What crap besides the kage summit? And he basically told them not to get in the way he only wanted Danzo and if this is so "logic" why was danzo about to become Hokage? He's done more sh!t than Sasuke.

-a Hokage must be able to lead an army, ask yourself this can the individual you have in mind sit behind a desk and come up with strategy and tactics efficient enough to defeat an opposition with equally strong ninja, or maybe even more powerful ninja(which can be a possibility in war) on an equal field of battle?

-Can he bite the bullet and put his pride aside in time of peace to avoid war for the sake of the people?


-Will he have the mind to prepare for war even in a time of peace?


these things make a great Hokage not to mention allot of other's.
