I'll reiterate....

Naruto -> Consequential in regards to his Bijuu Modo's initial ability to "tank" a far more powerful attack than Kirin, in the form of the Juubi's laser version of Biju-dama. The Current form of Naruto, that has access to Bijuu Sennin Modo has amplified durability to unfathomable levels given his pre-BSM durability feats, and Sennin Modo already having pre-existing durability variables (Cue; Naruto effortlessly surviving falling on top of spikes)

Sasuke/Madara/Itachi -> In actuality; Any of the one's listed due to Susano'o. Itachi's already has that given feat in the manga of tanking Kirin, Madara was effortlessly tanking redirected Biju-dama's from Senju Hashirama, AND Sasuke has re-affirmed his abilities, by displaying Perfect Susano'o. All three effortlessly tank the attack.

Hashirama -> Sennin Modo durability displayed by Naruto, on top of the most efficient and greatest healing/regeneration in the manga gives Hashirama a good case to "tank" Kirin in this instance.

Obito (Juubi-Jinchuriki) -> Self-explanatory as he tanked a multitude of attacks (4 of his own Biju-dama's) effortlessly and unharmed.

I don't see anyone else besides the one listed "tanking" or surviving at all from Kirin.

Edo Minato has the same power so can't argue against that, Tsunade healing herself would help her tank it, she withstood being teleported, stabbed many times by Madara and cut in two. A and the 3rd Raikage's lightning armor as well as their high defensive body helps them tank it. And Susanoo tanks it.

Hashirama is weak against lightning because his nature jutsu is base on water release +earth release = wood release
the large size and speed of kirin will vaporise tsunade and her summon which is made up of mostly fluid (conductor of electricity)

Kirin has greater overall destructive power unless you have the feats to disagree, cause Nukite doesn't come close to small Mountain level damage.

Sasuke was only able to touch A, the lightning power of chidori didn't get through and that's Version 1 lightning armor, so how is lightning going through version 2 when Kirin is all lightning with nothing to pierce A or the 3rd Raikage.

I already gave great examples of KM and BM tanking powerful attacks from Madara, Obito and juubi
