Waindo
Gone are the bonds that held me bay,
Lost are the words,
That I once obeyed.
I shall not wilt,
I shall not fade.
I am the light that glistens; of a blade,
I am the stone,
Which water can't erase.
I am the raging river,
And the silent stream.
I am the hope;
And love of dreams.
I am the whispers of freedom;
That are carried in the wind.
No longer shrouded in the dark,
I'm the one that lights your path.
Those are the bonds; unfounded, they swayed,
Those words were of hypocrites; that did not stay.
You will build,
You will upgrade.
You will write, listen and stay,
You will be known;
As a poetry ace.
You will deliver,
And continue upstream.
You will cope,
And your words will scream.
For they are the beacons,
The chains that bind.
We are the ones, who have embarked;
To spread the sunshine; chase away the wrath.
