He never took a blast from a ttb, he deflected it back but ended up hurting himself. I know wind>lightning but rasenshurieken is pure chakra, while kirin is massive lightning from the sky. I thought the level in technique is different

OT: Itachi, Minato, Madara, Obito, Kakashi (if he can go underground fast enough), Naruto (new found speed equivalent to Minato), Tsunade (gets hit, but uses Byakugou to regenerate...she's a tank lol), 3rd/4th Raikage (plausible for masters of lightning with hard bodies to resist a lightning attack), Nagato (shinra tensei), Zetsu (if he goes underground), Yamato (goes underground w/Mokuton), Hashirama (goes underground with Mokuton), Hidan (immortal)o

Plausible: Neji & Hiashi: if Rotation can block a Juubi tail in swing, I imagine it may block Kirin as both seem equal in destruction. Kakuzu if he has a mask that manages to escape death. Plausible for the wind mask as it is elementally superior.

Another key note is anyone capable of stopping him before he can establish a prep time. If he has to stand there with his hands up for as long as he did against Itachi then it may be that someone like Shikamaru could stop him via shadow possession or Ino's Shintenshin to divert the attack.

You may disagree with some I mentioned, but it is the fact it takes so much prep time.

He not only tanked it but deflected it aswell.
And to deflect something you have to put equal to greater force.
The only thing that actually hurted him was himself.

But seeing as its Nature chakra, I see your point at being stronger than
human lightning chakra.
I admit there is chances he wont tank it. But if he fought
on par with the Hachibi it makes me think he can take Kirin .

I think the chances are 50/50 with the answer being that it was shown on manga.

Minato is too hard to hit

Kakashi via lightning blade. Also kamui, but that's kind of a waste. Going copy ninja reversal could work.
Nagato and Madara absorb it
Tobi's spacetime
Tsunade can heal it off if her tech is going
Gaara's skyshield
Anybody with clones has a good chance of wasting the shot
