actually i don't think anyone in the naruto universe can counter it except minato, however if they behaved more seriously and not like kids, they wouldn't wait 5 minutes for sasucke to finish casting kirin and they'd just hit sasucke in the face just like how mifune hit hanzo before he finished doing a single handseal
